Also known as Towing Socks, Chinese Fingers or Pulling Grips used to pull pipe above or below ground. The harder the pull, the tighter the grip. Commonly used to install pipe or conduit using directional drilling rig (HDD) or vibratory plow.
Wire mesh tube with an eye at one end. Plastic coated strands increase the life of the grip, provide a bearing surface on underground pulls to increase the ease and safety of installation and removal. The pulling eye is flexible and stress relieving.
- Withstands a breaking load in excess of three times the working load.

- Adds little to the outside diameter of the pipe when pulled.

To install, compress the grip and slide over the pipe end. Then attach pulling equipment to the eye.
